Approval of Minutes

Minutes and Agenda unanimously approved

District Updates (Linda)

  • Staffing due Friday (April 10)
  • Enrichment Conversation will happen at next meeting
  • Schools are able to apply for additional funds to meet the 3 periods of enrichment

           - .5 FTE applied for just for Hollyrood – person to fulfill a variety of tasks


Student Learning/ Teacher Planning project

  • Linda read content areas teachers have chosen and those willing to work over the summer
  • Discussed grant options
  • Conversation to create an electronic file and checking in about different formats for this

- David Douglas – Curriculum Mapping template?

School Improvement Plan

  • Rough draft due July 1st
  • New format based on Datawise
  • What else is needed?

 - school vision/mission statement

 - looking at content areas of writing and science
