Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week

Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week is Monday, May 2nd thru Friday, May 6th, and we have some fun events in store.
- MONDAY: Morning "favorite beverage delivery" to teachers and staff
- TUESDAY: “FLOWERS FROM THE KIDS” Day
- WEDNESDAY: Teacher and staff luncheon (catered by Sweet Tomatoes)
- THURSDAY: “CARDS FROM THE KIDS” Day
- FRIDAY: “SWEET SURPRISE FROM THE KIDS“ Day
Plus every day of the week, we'll have a daily drawing for gift cards, with multiple winners every day.
Here are some things students can do to help celebrate our teachers:
- Bring a flower for your favorite teacher or staff member on Tuesday.
- Write a note or poem, draw a picture, or make a card on Thursday (it’s nice to hear from parents too!!)
- Do a special favor/job, or bring in one wrapped treat, or just say thank you to a SWEET teacher or staff member on Friday.
You may choose to do some of these ideas or all of them. The idea is to let our teachers and staff know we appreciate them. Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week is organized by your PTA; if you would like to help with the luncheon, please email parent volunteer Jennifer Shuping.
